Novah LOY Consulting was incorporated in 2024 – Mpho Molekoa who is the Managing Director started her career in 2009 where she ran a reception but later got promoted to Sales and Marketing agent. At the time she was fresh from college,and she had just obtained her Human Resources ManagementQualification, it was through her first Sales and Marketing job that Mpho realized that her passion for working with people and for people went over and above just management but lied in Sales. Mpho has a natural passion for working with people and changing the lives of not only candidates but becoming abusiness partner to her clients. Mpho is just shy of 13 years Sales, Marketing, Management and recruitment expertise in various industries and departments, not limited to Marketing, Operations, Sales, Graduates, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Finance and Engineering candidates and clients. As a 100% female-owned Level One BEE contributor, Novah LOY is aiming to shake up the South African recruitment industry and disrupting an industry dominated by old-style big corporates.

- Thoroughly screening and interviewing before submitting any CV’s to clients
- Arranging the interviews for clients
- Counselling candidates on salary expectations and decision influences
- Reference Checks, Credit Checks, Criminal Checks etc.
- Extending offers and assisting candidates through their resignation
